Practice & Meet Schedules

All swim meets are on Tuesday nights, with the first event hitting the water promptly at 6pm. Swimmers are expected to be at the pool NO LATER THAN 4:45 for home meets and 5:15 for away meets. If you are going to be late, please call Coach Brit and let her know!

Saturday Stroke Clinics
There will be a few Saturday Stroke Clinics offered this summer. These are going to replace the evening stroke clinics from the past, in order to allow swimmers who cannot make morning practices to recieve the same type of distance and endurance training as those who can. Stroke clinics are not like regular practice, in that we will not be swimming for distance, but instead will allow swimmers to be split up according to the different stokes, focus on the fine-tuning and details. This is a great opportunity to focus on that butterfly you always avoid in practice, or to learn how to swim a new event!

It is not required that you attend any stroke clinics, but it is to your great benifit if you do!
